01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Whisk cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until completely smooth.
03 - Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place a generous spoonful of chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up, sealing the filling inside.
05 - Place filled crescents seam-side down in prepared dish. Spread remaining chicken mixture around the rolls.
06 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the crescents and filling.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until crescents are golden brown and filling is bubbly. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
