02 - Whisk eggs and almond milk in medium bowl until fully blended and frothy.
03 - Add cheddar, Parmesan, ham, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed and thick batter forms.
04 - Lightly coat waffle maker plates with nonstick cooking spray or neutral oil.
05 - Pour half batter into center of waffle maker. Spread gently with spatula. Close lid and cook 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Repeat with remaining batter to make second chaffle.
