01 - Cut watermelon and feta into uniform 1-inch cubes. Rinse and drain fresh blueberries thoroughly.
02 - Spear one blueberry, one feta cube, and one watermelon cube onto each skewer or toothpick in that order. Repeat the process for approximately 12 skewers.
03 - If desired, drizzle assembled skewers with honey or balsamic glaze and sprinkle with chopped fresh mint.
04 - Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter and present immediately while chilled.
